1. General

1.1 Glitz Fun Casino provides entertainment-only casino hire. No real money gambling takes place, and no winnings can be exchanged for cash.
1.2 By booking our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 A booking is confirmed once we have received your booking form (or written/email confirmation) and deposit.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed at time of booking) is required to secure your date.
2.3 The balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 If payment is not received, Glitz Fun Casino reserves the right to cancel the booking.

3. Cancellations

3.1 If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, only the deposit will be retained.
3.2 If you cancel within 30 days of the event, the full balance may still be payable.
3.3 In the unlikely event that Glitz Fun Casino needs to cancel, a full refund (including deposit) will be given. Our liability is limited to this refund only.

4. Venue & Client Responsibilities

4.1 The client must ensure the venue is suitable, with adequate space, lighting, and safe access for setting up casino tables and equipment.
4.2 The client must ensure the venue has the necessary permissions for entertainment.
4.3 The client is responsible for any loss or damage to equipment caused by guests or attendees.
4.4 Children under 18 may play for fun, but must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Event Conditions

5.1 Casino tables are for entertainment purposes only – no cash gambling is permitted.
5.2 Glitz Fun Casino staff will host and manage the games fairly and professionally.
5.3 The client is responsible for the behaviour of their guests. If staff feel unsafe or equipment is at risk, we reserve the right to stop the event without refund.

6. Liability

6.1 Glitz Fun Casino accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the event, except where caused by our negligence.
6.2 We recommend the client arranges their own event insurance if required.

7. Force Majeure

7.1 Glitz Fun Casino is not liable for cancellations or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including extreme weather, power failure, accidents, illness, or transport disruption).

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
